To get started, I’ll meet with you to understand what you are looking for from a camp registration system. I will then create a registration process with the latest web technologies to meet your needs. The goal of this system would be to make the registration process as easy as possible for your clients and to alleviate the paperwork you handle today by digitizing all the registration forms and payments. I will implement the above items and review the work to ensure it meets your expectations. If changes are needed, this is covered as part of the project. Of course, I will be available to help answer questions along the way if you have them. Once the system is ready for launch, I will also provide trainings and short how-to videos of common actions to you and your staff.
After commitment from you, I expect the initial work to be able to be completed in approximately 2-3 weeks. The initial work is expected to take 2 weeks, at which point we will do a design review with you. The timeline does depend on how quickly assets for the site can be shared (for example, needing copies of registration forms and price lists for sessions). After the design review, I plan 1 week to make any necessary changes and ready the system for launch. All this work can be done remotely via Zoom meetings, which I can host and schedule (we can also meet in person a few times if that is easier).
Project can be started with a written commitment by WakeBoard Clinic to this proposal (e-mail is sufficient). Initial monthly payment to Hager Solutions can be made once project launches and are subsequently due on the 5th of the month. Regpack Super Admin license payment is due TBD.

* Initial setup fee being waived in-lieu of monthly support commitment for first months of service. Based on the nature of your business, we can stop support services during quiet times of the year, and restart when things get busy again. We can re-negotiate the monthly fee at anytime if you feel you don’t need as much support.
