Squaw Brook Run Association
Thank you for considering Hager Solutions! I am excited to partner with you and help your association improve its online presence and to provide you continuing support. Please email me with any questions you may have.
I’ll meet with you and your board to understand what you are looking for. We will then create a website with the latest technologies to meet your needs. The goal of this website would be to make information about your association activities more accessible to all residents.
- Posting key information such as the bylaws, deeds, neighborhood rules and regulations
- Sharing board meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain an updated list of residents
- Built in calendars for things like:
- Promoting your schedule of social events
- Reserving venues like tennis courts or club house for events
- Work order management for residents to submit work requests to you or your management company
- All of the above items can be configured to need a password, to protect your communities privacy
The website platform is flexible and can support adding other features down the road.
I will do the initial design and construction of the site and then review the work to ensure it meets your expectations. We can start with a blank canvas, and customize it for your association based on your preferences. Of course, I will be available to help answer questions along the way if you have them. Once the website is ready for launch, I will also provide trainings for you to learn how to work with the and update the site. The services described above are all included in the “Website Design Services” fee described below. Support and services after the launch of the site are also available from Hager Solutions on an hourly rate or via a monthly retainer.
Optional service to setup professional E-mail from Google or Microsoft. I can also help you setup a professional e-mail to go along with your website and domain name (for example; president@squawbrook.com). You can use Google Workspace for $6/month per user. Or if you prefer to link your e-mail to a Microsoft Office 365 account we can do that as well, their plans start at $5/month per user.
Optional – After the project is over, I am able to offer a monthly maintenance and support contract for continued assistance with the website. My support plans start at $200/month and this would cover approximately 3-4 hours of support per month. Larger plans can be purchased if needed, and can be changed when needs change. We are very flexible with the hours on the support plans, a little over or under in a given month is not a concern. But do ask that larger projects be broken out into a separate project.

Hosting fees paid, paid yearly or monthly. I can offer a 20% discount on the first year.

First year is free with new website. Domain Name renewal is paid directly starting 1 year after initial registration.

Project Timing
After commitment from you, I expect the initial work to be able to be completed in approximately 3 months. The initial work is expected to take about 8 weeks, at which point I will do a design review with you. After the design review, I plan 2 weeks to make any necessary changes, finishing uploading content, and getting ready the site for launch. All this work can be done remotely via Zoom meetings, which I can host and schedule.
Payment Terms
The project can be started with a written commitment by “Squaw Brook Run” to this proposal (e-mail is sufficient).
** Payment terms for the web design services shall be two payments of $500. The first is due on project start and the second is due after project completion. Terms are negotiable. You will make the initial hosting payments just before we launch the site.
