Thank you for considering Hager Solutions! I am excited to partner with you and help your association improve its online presence as well as to provide continuing support. Please email me with any questions you may have.
To get started, I’ll meet with you and your board to understand what you are looking for. We will then create a website with the latest technologies to meet your needs. The goal of this website would be to make information about your association and its activities easily accessible to all residents in a user friendly and timely way. Some examples of what the website will allow:
Posting key information such as the bylaws, neighborhood rules and regulations, and any any form for ARC review, etc.
Sharing meeting agendas and minutes, and a monthly association newsletter from the President of the Board.
Providing updates to residents about current or future projects, or routine activities such as fire sprinkler inspections, tree trimming, repaving, etc.
Maintaining an up to date list of residents for everyone to use, password protected for privacy.
Keeping a calendar for social and association events and meetings; promoting upcoming social events, and sharing stories and photos of past events.
All of the above items can be configured to need a password, to protect the privacy of your residents and the community.
The website platform is flexible and can support adding other features down the road.
We will implement the above items and review the work to ensure it meets your expectations. If changes are needed, this is covered as part of the project. Of course, I will be available to help answer questions along the way if you have them. Once the website is ready for launch, I will also provide up to two 1 hour trainings to community members who would like to learn how to upload documents and update the site.
Optional – If you want me to upload documents and update the site, I offer a monthly maintenance and support contract for continued assistance. Contact me for pricing if you are interested in this option.
After commitment from your board and a designated contact person, I expect the initial work to be able to be completed in approximately 4-6 weeks. The initial work is expected to take 4 weeks, at which point we will do a design review with you. The timeline does depend on how quickly assets for the site can be shared (for example, needing pictures and content for the member areas). After the design review, we plan 1 week to make any necessary changes and ready the site for launch. All this work can be done remotely via Zoom meetings, which I can host and schedule.
Project can be started with a written commitment by the Association to this proposal (e-mail is sufficient). Payment is due within 2-weeks of project completion.
Monthly support plan payments are at the beginning of the month and are due by the 5th of the month (if applicable).
